  • We have spent the last 12 years investing in B2B software business from the company formation through public offering. We intimately understand what it takes to scale a business and are here to support you on that journey. We have been entrepreneurs ourselves, providing a deep respect for the founder journey. We lead with empathy but don't shy away from difficult conversations. Our goal is to increase the odds of success for every founder we support.

  • Seed or seed+ stage, which to us means pre Series A with at least a few paying customers and early signs of a repeatable sales process.

  • Not exclusively but yes we lead seed rounds. We are happy to lead, co-lead or follow-on, as long as we can hit a minimum of 5% ownership.

  • Our typical diligence process takes ~3 weeks. It can accelerate or decelerate depending on the situation but the diligence items remain constant.
